Beneficial Home Inspection is owned and operated by John Erceg. John has been involved with the building of homes since he was a young teenager with his father and grandfather. John has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of property building. John has also taken many courses on the subjects of construction, architecture, and appliance repair so he can stay up to date with current trends.  In addition to his many years in teh home construction and remodeling industry, John and his wife Dede has built, owned and managed several investment properties over the years.
